The final shard is the most cleverly hidden, located in the Longshore Stacks area. To find it, you need to head to the vicinity underneath the aforementioned junk vendor. Look for a small, unassuming hallway lined with crates. It's easy to walk right past it.

Walk down this dimly lit corridor and keep an eye on the left wall. You'll see a suspicious stack of cardboard boxes that looks deliberately placed.
